I received a threating message from this person demanding I send her a refund. I asked them to use the ebay automated return process, but they refused and demanded a refund. The item is "new, open box" and was verified working before shipped. I have a "no questions asked" 30 day return guarantee and have no problem issues refunds, but this was a little suspicious. Still have not had a return request issued for this item.
