I understand it’s a car part but seller could’ve cleaned it I PAID for it, it was not free!!!!! The parts we sell are in used condition from salvaged cars. We do make efforts to clean heavy debris or grease/oil from parts, but we don't advertise them as new condition. We try to keep prices low for customers like you and spending time to make 1000's of parts per week look new would increase those costs noticeably. Prior communication would've been appreciated as it's hard to fix issues if we only hear about them in a negative feedback.
