This item was listed as new with tags & the seller does not accept returns. Upon receiving the item this evening I opened it only to see that there are not only no tags but also old/used batteries already in the fans battery pack. Writing on the tag. Dirt on the bottom of the feet of the llama. And little hairs that appear to be animal hairs on the inside of the costume. Certainly not new. And the seller listed “no returns” as I’m sure they knew it was used & the buyer would need to return.
