Unfortunately, when I received the camera, the touchscreen was not responsive. I checked on YouTube and found that this was a relatively common problem. Some people suggested that either over time, or after shipping, the flex cables in the touchscreen assembly might become unseated. Following the recommended procedure, I reseated all the cables, to no avail. I now have a $150 paperweight.
