Very Disappointed. Front zipper was jammed closed. Received Item with DEFECTIVE 2-way Zipper on the Parka. It is the main closure for the coat. It must be sent out for professional repair after thorough cleaning. Also there were 2 small holes in the lining with down stuffing sticking out. This was not disclosed in the description. Mail package needs improvement. It was jammed into a tiny plastic bag.
