My monitor was refurbished, meaning it was handled personally by someone before being resold. Despite this, it was shipped with a stuck pixel, meaning someone knew that the stuck pixel existed and decided to resell it anyways.
This means the monitor was most likely returned for the stuck pixel and instead of fixing it, they just packed it back up and sold it like that with no disclosure in the description. In their defense, they offered a refund(while stating they don't cover single dead pixels)
