These are old batteries. One of the batteries was the power connect that they advertise, the other was just a lithium battery (2019). I had to jump both batteries to get them to take a charge. The old lithium battery won't stay charged, the power connect seems to be working.

Sorry about batteries not working properly. These were taken out from 4 tool set I purchased 2-3 years that I just opened recently. Batteries were never used so I never thought they would be bad. I can give you 50% refund for one battery not working or you can do a free return on both batteries for a full refund. A simple email can resolve these issues. Again, my apologies for the defective batteries. Just let me know how you want to proceed.
