I believe this to be a misunderstanding or a manipulation from the buyer. The buyer being overseas and having English as a second language added to the confusion. It was my understanding that he wanted the purchase to be canceled before I shipped unless I could discount the item after payment was made. He was also upset that I couldn't ship within 2 days even though my listing specified up to a 3 day handling time. I feel I did the best I could given the uncommon nature of the situation.
