The part came to me I loved it! Then I went to put it on and finger tightened the bolt all the way up and the bolt was too long. I then went an grabbed four washers and put them on an finger tightened it again and got it almost snug I grabbed a wrench and while holding the skull slowly tightened it but not too much,(I was still about a 1/8” away an the threads striped out. I contacted the seller and he told me to use lock tite or an adhesive to attach it. SMH

It was determined that you used bolts and washers that were not included with the item and that were specifically made for the item. I offered you a full refund upon return of the item but you refused. I am sorry you are dissatisfied that you essentially "broke" your item after not following installation instructions that were provided.
