Not at all a pleasant experience. I messaged them multiple times and got one automated response saying if I need a refund then send it back. My thing is that the package was time sensitive and I should be compensated for my time and patience because it was broken when it got to me but I get no response from them for days at a time. Things happen in transit but if something happens like this then try and make your customers happy. To many buyer beware sellers horrible experience.
