Item was never received. Seller committed to refund because I never received after a given date. The date passed, and the seller never reimbursed me. In fact the seller went silent during the (so called) Ebay escalation process. Ebay was no help, and their process puts the consumer into a constant loop with no resolution. Then Ebay closed the case without resolution. I contacted the seller to get a refund based on the seller's commitment. Seller would not/did not honer their commitment.
