Laptop arrived late, vendor stated free UPS 3 day shipping included, laptop arrived 7 days after order placed. The laptop arrived in very good condition, but was unable try it out because the power supply supplied with it does NOT fit this laptop (oversized RCA type plug) and the battery was dead so could be powered on. I am ready to ship the laptop back to you for a full refund provided you provide a return shipping label, unless you want to make a different deal.
