Buyer bought watch. Buyer immediately cancelled the order and requested a refund. Buyer said that the watch is the wrong size and that he didn’t want it. I accepted the cancel request and I approved the refund. I sent the refund and buyer closed out the cancel order request. As far as I know, everything went well. Then I get a negative feedback after everything was completed. I don’t know what mental illness is motivating people to act like this.
