Was claimed to be in good working and cosmetic condition but had a gouge in the plug - not shown or described in the listing. We're not permitted to install hardware with physical defects in an operating parts; although the seller asserts it's safe. Maybe, but should have been disclosed. We'll have to spend a bunch of time and money remediating the damaged plug & cord because the they are molded together. Otherwise its fine, but this should've been shown or disclosed.
