tuning wrench and plectrums were not included, the high C string is missing, and the autoharp itself has not been cleaned in a long time, with rusty tuning pegs and dust. it was also packed in towels without any sort of bubble wrap... it still plays fine after i finally figured out how to tune it but this has been quite inconvenient. (pictures included were taken after cleaning it up a bit, but you can see the missing string)
