Contacted the owner Herb. inform them that the rear truck on the tinder was broken. For $357 I figured that he could pay something to get the trucks on the Tinder fixed. He never got back with me, so I’m telling you that this guy will deceive you.

You are mistaken, I did contact you, first you paid $300.00 (discounted $49.00, sold as is used) the rest was shipping & tax. Now you said the tender was broken & no sound. You asked what I could do to make this right. I explained that you had to plug the tender into the locomotive & will run have sounds. Your second email said that it did run. You asked for any discount, you were already discounted $49.00. This was sold as is used, there was no deception, only be you. this review is unwarranted
