Satisfied with the tracker but disappointed that there was no charger included considering that the listing said that it was “new - other” and included all the original accessories. I didn’t make a fuss since it was reasonably priced and aftermarket chargers are so cheap.

Unfortunately, the device was paired to the previous owner. After going back and forth, he added my email address and allowed me to use the device that I purchased. He said once I got it working, I kept remove him from the loud access list; which I did.
Other than that, the device is working as it should .

Victron could definitively improve the transfer process. I made sure to factory reset the unit, but nonetheless, Victron did not clear the old referenced account on their VRM portal. Glad I was able to help and that everything is working as it should now. Overall Victron still make fantastic products. Thanks again Dave!
