Still waiting on seller to negotiate a different price on this item. It was sold as new but it is not. Talked to someone from ebay on the phone & took my complaint, then agreed that it should of not been sold as new. They were going to contact seller about the item condition & should not of been advertised as new. The seller continues to list it as new on their site. I've also contacted the seller who stated that they have every right to sell 100% recondition items which I don't disagree with.KM
