The LP was described as “like new”. This description is correct when it comes to the LP. However, for a Stones collector's record, this description must also apply to the sleeve. And the condition of these was poor.

I'm truly sorry that you are disappointed with the condition of the sleeve - but looking again at the photos I included as part of the listing, I cannot agree with your description of the sleeve as "poor". The record had been carefully stored on my shelf for several years, and unless it was somehow damaged in transit to you I would have said that at the very least the condition of the sleeve was "very good". That said, I can only appologise that you are not completely happy with your purchase.
