Cards were not packed that way when in my possession. They were packed very tightly and had no room to move. The shipping delay was with the post office, of which I promptly put in a missing mail search as soon as I was notified by the buyer. The buyer receiving the item not how I shipped it in conjunction with the delay with the post office leads me to believe someone at the post office tampered with this package.
