When I got it the reamer had broken into flour pieces. And one had been reglued before. I just wanted a partial refund since base worked. The seller wanted me to return it. I declined. Seller was difficult to work with. Attitude. Avoid him. I told him the packing was horrible. He got defensive.

AVOID BUYER! Customer had issue with item, claiming it was partialy damaged in shipping, Very agressive. demanding partial refund. I asked him to return the item for a full refund, and for photos of the package and alleged broken item. He refused, and made a sad attempt to insult me with big words. he demanded a partial refund again. only wanting to keep the base of the juicer. Again I declined and requested the photos and he got real nasty so I blocked him. Horrible.
