It wasn't "just a bubble mailer" it was a reinforced bubble mailer. The box was already damaged as is pictured and described in the listing. If you were not pleased, I would have taken the unopen item back. I have shipped about 300 commander decks (and some booster boxes) that method with 0 incidents. The one you ordered was already heavily worn by previous shelf issue (if you look at the pictures of the listing it shows this thoroughly.) I presume the cards are in good shape.
