The item was free shipping, the he told me that the shipping was too expensive and never shipped or responded mi massages. Be careful not a good experience. I even offered him to pay for the shipping but no response at all

buyer was from Puerto Rico which ended up being $300 cheapest shipping quote to ship an item I netted $280 on. I responded with the quote then received an "item not received" case to which I refunded the buyer as it seemed like that was the best course of action at this point. I was willing to eat $100 of the shipping cost as that was $20 more than the most expensive frameset to California has cost me. Free shipping generally covers lower 48, did not realize it included all our territories too.
