I received the VCR stuffed in a bubble wrap which was contained in a card board box-looked like the VCR was in a spandex pants because the VCR barely fit, it was a tight fit. After opening the box, I noticed the VCR had dirt on the seams, and dents (that look like door dents) on the top part of the case. After I hooked up, I noticed the VCR tracking was very unstable, lines all over the video signal on every VHS tape that I tested the VCR with. There was him while running the tape. 😵💫🤐🤕

This item was shown as partially functional (2 of the 6 bulbs burnt or bad ballast). Unfortunately, the item arrived with broken bulbs and a partially damaged power cord socket. Otherwise, this unit is in apparent good working order.
After I reached out to this seller, we reached a mutually satisfactory resolution and I kept the unit, as I expect to be able to repair this additional damage myself and get replacement bulbs.
I am perfectly willing to buy from this seller again.
