So far so good! I ordered a S24 Ultra 1TB from them at the cost of what a "new" 256gb would cost roughly. Phone looks brand new, not a mark on it. They packaged it well. Charging cord and brick are cheapo. I say leave it out and charge me 15 bucks less and I'd be fine with it but I understand why they do it. SIM ejector included which is a nice bonus for an easy swap. Pristine looking phone, wouldn't know it was refurbished if it was in official Samsung box. I'd order from them again.
