Upon receiving my complaints of (bad packing using bag not box for shipping , car arrived damaged and that pictures misrepresented the item received) seller apologized then immediately falsely accused me of making false claims and accusations then threatened to report me to eBay saying they keep record of all messages. Unprofessional seller who can’t take criticism and accountability. I didn’t pay for a damaged item, and return is no longer wanted as they won’t provide a return label.

Buyers initial complaint was INAD because they failed to read the description, then claimed item arrived damaged & sent a photo after opening that showed zero damage. The buyer has been reported to ebay for false claims. It’s not up to the seller to “send” a return label in this case. Buyer refuses to return the item for a full refund, indicitive of filing a false claim. Same method of packaging for all matchbox/hotwheel cars without incident.
