Purchased pump in used but working condition. The pump was in an inoperable condition out of the box. Contacted seller and was told the pump was tested before listing was posted. After contacting the Manufacture and completing their diagnostic tests, it was determined that this pump couldn't have "passed" with the failure mode found and that the failure mode could not have been caused by improper handling during shipping. The pump was disassembled and repaired to restore proper operation.
