Quite possibly the WORST buying experiences I've had. Watch arrived missing a piece and non-functional. Tried to work with seller to come to a resolution, but seller stated she was not willing to compromise because it worked fine before she shipped it, and it was sent with care. To be fair, seller's listing did state no returns accepted. But that does not make her immune to eBay's Money Back Guarantee policy. I had to request help from eBay numerous times to finally process my return.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. At all times I kept communication and discussion open. Ebay got involved and deemed we were both right. I am happy this got resolved and thankful eBay has a resolution center for these instances.
