I really loved these pants, especially the fabric. Much to my sorrow when they arrived they were much too big. This was not the sellers fault as i have other items by this company labeled a 44 and they fit just fine. So maybe mislabeled at the factory or perhaps a curvy fit. They were shipped VERY quickly and wrapped so nicely, like a present. My return was accepted and a refund given promptly when she rec'd the pants back. I have nothing to complain about with this transaction.
