Not a fault of the seller, but the insert hadn't been made correctly. It was slightly too long, so it wouldn't sit flat and kinked when I first installed. I made a slight adjustment and it now fits perfectly. I bought this one as I liked the idea of having the reaction effect, but it doesn't get that dark, even in strong light. I won't buy another one of these again, I'll just stick with a clear one and save myself £40!
