It is the Leidsegracht Canal coming into the intersection under the low arching bridge (seen on the left). This is a beautiful photo of this part of Amsterdam. This photo has a great image of the upper and lower part of the falls as well as the Benson Bridge traversing over the Multnomah Creek between the two parts to this set of falls.
