Not sure what else I could have done or what the buyer expected. I apologize that the item did not work. How was I to know that a new item in it's original package would not work. Buyer was given a 100% REFUND! Yet they responded "The seller tried to resolve the problem but I am not satisfied with the resolution." Literally NOTHING else I could have done to make the buyer happy. Did they want me to come personally pick up the item? I am so confused?!?!?!
