Was sent a broken intake manifold, had freakin’ glue holding the vacuum flapper on. seller kept telling me he was going to make this right and had another one coming in soon, literally just kept telling me the same thing for 6 weeks. Seller jipped me out of 100s of dollars. I do not I REPEAT i do not recommend buying from this seller. I will be taking action to a higher level.

we replied to you to return it and did offer partial refund and use it if you wish but you need me to replace it or refund it in full and keep the part, i did tell you that we will replace it and we still are willing to do this as soon as we get one in , if not please return it and get refunded, we do not rip people off as you are saying . again sorry abut this feel free to retun it.

Shipping was individually wrapped in plastic wrap then completed with bubble pack… cardboard was in rough shape - but that may have been intentional for customs? Product arrived safe and intact. Pleased with product and would recommend seller.

sorry about the experience but we packed it very well, the canadian customs probably openned the box for inspection and did not package it back properly, we gave you good deal all around and hope you consider giving us a positive feedback if possible, again thank you and sorry about the customs issue
