There was an oil stain in the box from the roll of tape. Both look like they were partially unrolled then re-rolled. They do not look new. 3 of the 4 rolls have a flattened core - maybe because of the way they were packaged. When the core isn't round it's difficult to unspool the tape into a trench. Think of pushing a shopping cart with a severe flat spot on a wheel. One roll was in good condition
