This person is a liar or mentally unstable or both. He bought something that was for pickup only and then wanted me to ship it to him free. He then filed a complaint that he didn't receive the item which locked up funds for me to return to him. He caused all the problems and eBay hasn't an easy way to resolve this. They wanted me to tie a credit card so they could withdraw funds to make the refund, but don't offer a means to take money from the account they move funds into.
