Item came better packaged than new dell servers. Completely surrounded in foam. My unit was missing the 6 hddtrays like the listing stated but I also got the rear hdd backplane in mine which I didn't expect it to have. I already have enough trays so that isn't an issue. Server was very outdated on firmwares so I ended up having to buy an old cpu just to do updates. After all updates everything is working great and has been in my homelab running perfectly for a week now.
