I agreed to purchase these items knowing that one set of horns and one tail was repairable. Instead, they arrived shattered into pieces. It could have been an amicable resolution, but the seller denied that they had any culpability, and that I had to wait for the outcome of a USPS inspection to get my money back. Oh, and if the case was denied, I’d get no money back. Or I had the option of pursuing the matter myself. The seller ignored my pleas and the emails from eBay, and I won by default.
