I attribute this to the USPS since I've been receiving several shipments after the last delivery date. These stamps were protected from damage during the reasonably priced shipping The USPS continues to deliver mail late, but the seller mailed them on time. If tracking was available, tracking usually indicated they were "running behind". That said, all-in-all, this was a good purchase, . Thanks!
