Was listed as like new condition had dog bite marks on case and was not concerned about that the disk was scratched with a ring had to pay $5 at game shop to be resurfaced to remove scratches seller was notified of item and was difficult to deal with.

This game was in excellent condition when shipped. This buyer made a claim that the game was scratched severely AFTER 4 days of playing it. As for the bite marks, I don't even have a dog. I accept returns on all item for any reason, so I'm not sure why someone would attempt something like this.
