Item arrived with red marker all drawn on the side of item, that was not on description of item

Admittingly there was a minor red streak on the side of the controller that I could have done a better job of depicting in the photos.
I reached out to the buyer to offer a full refund if they returned the item and received no response.
I also offered to partially refund and they keep the item, but I've yet to receive a response.
