Seller did not make what he felt the item should sell for. He then cancelled the order. His shipping fee was FAR ABOVE what it should have been. Seller contacted me to say he didn't know why it sold at .99 but was ready to put $26.55 shipping on the item. He then backed down from the sale at my high bid and said it was $45 item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
