Buyer did not read listing. As clearly stated i the listing, for use within the U.S., specifically on T-Mobile, Boost, Tello and Mint Mobile ONLY. Buyer is in Columbia and uses Claro. Of course, it won't work in Columbia and nor will it work in Poland or any other country.

Thanks. Speeds all depend on the towers near you, the priority you have on the tower (based on your carrier) and the load on that tower. We have tested and gotten 300 Mbps speeds when near a T-Mobile Tower using Boost Mobile, for instance. But when in an isolated area with no T-Mobile towers nearby, it was less than 10 Mbps. The unit itself will give you the fastest speed possible based on your local situation.
