The shipping was quick, with no damage being done to the box upon arrival. The figure itself had nice joints with no signs of loose joints that would hinder posing.
The figure itself is pure awesome, just as the description of the product said. The robot mode is robust and the helicopter mode has no kibble visible from any view-point. While not highly possible, the helicopter mode makes it all worth it.
Overall, the figure is amazing.
