I bought on April 8th and the summary only said paid. I wrote to him on the 21st of April and on the 22nd he replied that he had arrived somewhere else and they sent him back. Their response was very strange because the article never said submitted. Did you want to send it for free but I said no, if paying for it don't send, send it for free? I doubt your answer but I leave it up to you. I asked him to send it again and that's when it came up in the submitted summary. Arrived on 5/3/2024.
