When I reached out to request a return and expressed an issue with the listing being unclear, she berated me. I explained I’d rather reach out directly to a seller first than leave negative feedback, but she continued to berate me. She ultimately issued a refund and changed many of her listings to make them more clear. This seller is unprofessional and abusive in her communications. She has promised to have my review deleted, which makes me wonder how many reviews she’s had deleted.
