Unfortunately seriously let down by a particular member of staff.
Asked to upgrade to 1st class, was told no but it would 100% go out same day royal mail/parcelforce 48.
Instead of this, it was sent via whistl, then amazon, arrived at the wrong address and a day late.
I would have purchased elsewhere had the woman been honest with me but instead she lied to get me. When I called back to query she hung up on me twice and promised her boss would call which he didn't.

Let’s look at the facts you ordered then contacted us to send 1st class this was not possible as your order was over 3kg there is a limit of 2kg on 1st class you are in Aberdeen we upgraded at no extra cost to you to an Amazon courier logistics they could not find your address as you had not given the correct address ie missing number but courier left with neighbour you contacted us and we put a lot of time and resources to investigate we tried hard to get it to you why not mention no door No
