Very poor customer service. Item was defective and would not float with helium. Seller expected me to go out of my way to return the balloon at the Post Office. When I agreed to the option a few hours later of Royal Mail pick up from home they changed their minds. Was then told to contact eBay. I was then issued with a returns label but when I took it to the Post Office I was told it was invalid! All this hassle for a £1.99 balloon! Joke. Thankfully eBay refunded me in the end.

This is completely untrue. The item was clearly used. We have sold hundreds, if not thousands, of these items across marketplaces without any issues. We offered the buyer several return options, all of which she rejected. A return label was provided to her via Royal Mail, so it is impossible that the post office deemed it invalid. The buyer never communicated this issue to us; otherwise, we would have checked with Royal Mail ourselves. Please be cautious with this buyer!
