I don't like to leave a negative feed back generally speaking. However, it has been very frustrating to get the refund after I mailed the item back to seller. Per tracking, item has been sitting at Post office box for days and I couldn't get a refund almost a week. eBay wasn't very helpful with me getting a refund until I had enough of this and asked seller to deal with eBay to get me a refund. Something has to change to not inconvenience the customer's who followed the procedure.
