Horrible communication, says I am her only ever unsatisfied customer which feedback proves to be a lie, not a monique wig, not the right size, wig innerband stretched out too and these are 1990's so no wonder. Hair is falling out of it tinsel too. All I wanted was a replacement for a same priced or NEAR ENOUGH in price range to exchange, but nope. SHIPPING ALSO TOOK TWO LOOOONG WEEKS when it should of taken 2-3 days max as well as being overly priced. AGAIN LIED ABOUT BRAND THIS IS NOT MONIQUE!
