When I ordered the computer, I goofed and somehow, out of two choices, I ordered the wrong one (with the lesser SSD memory). I contacted them about my mistake and was told they had canceled the order and that I should just reorder the computer I wanted. I did that - losing a number of hours between the two orders - which is why I was then so amazed that the CORRECT computer came in so quickly - AHEAD of the predicted delivery date. Great service!

Based on their shipping estimate I figured the computer would arrive the Friday after I placed the order or the following Monday but it showed up on Wednesday (two days earlier than the earliest prediction!). Nice. I haven't loaded any software on the computer yet so can't comment on its performance but physically, everything LOOKED fine - inside as well as outside.
